Pear Ginger Jam

Pear Ginger Jam is delightful. Picked at the peak of ripeness to create the ultimate pear flavor with just a hint of ginger. I've picked most of the pears from local organic farms. Try a little Pear Ginger Jam with scones, homemade buttermilk biscuits or inside a meringue shell and a glass of Proseco.
